WEATHER
Better looking Monday than we had feared !
The bit of rain we had yesterday evening didn’t bring much extra snow,
but there was a freeze last night.
We are told the sunshine will be intermittent, and to expect clouds,
foehne and lombarde wind from the south east around 40 km/hour.
And “precipitation” ….with a rain snow limit at 2500 metres,
So above village level.
Warm.
At 9.20 the temperature is
- +7° in the Village.
- +2° on Solaise.
- 0° on Bellevarde.
- -4° on Pisaillas where the wind has been blowing at nearly 50 km/hour.
The maximum temperature at 2000 metres will be +6°
So suncream and something to protect your face
if windy on a chairlift.
ROADS
We are not expecting any problems on the roads today.
