SKI REPORT
For the most up-to-date information please click here.
Here are the highlights of the ski report.
Nearly everything is both open and groomed.
Only 1 lift will be closed all day.
ON BELLEVARDE
Epaule du Charvet was not groomed.
There is training this morning on the Raye.
Like yesterday, the Santons may close this afternoon
due to the risk of an avalanche filling this gully.
If a piste is closed, it is always for a very good reason.
Don’t go on it.
ON SOLAISE
The 3000 lift and piste are closed.
The Cugnai, Rhone Alps and Ecureuil touring track
were not groomed.
LE FORNET
Everything is open except the Tunnel.
As always, The Foret, was not groomed.
ON PISAILLAS
Everything is open and groomed.
NURSERY SLOPE
Everything is open and groomed.
The avalanche risk today is 2 out of 5.
Low risk but never no risk.
The recent snow and wind has made a few more slabs….
There have been several ‘incidents’ in the last few days.
Luckily none fatal.
But even if an avalanche is not very deep, it is still bad news
if your head is under it
If you are heading off piste - do you really know what you are doing?
Make sure all your team have a beep, probe and shovel,
Know how to use them, and have practised recently.
Any doubts ? Ski with a mountain guide.
If you are going to Tignes,
use either the Tommeuse or Borsat chairlifts.
All of our walking, multi activity and cross country tracks are open

He met Chantal.
They fell in love, with each other, their ski instructor Louis Bonnevie,
the winters and summers,
With Val, and particularly le Fornet where they bought an apartment.
Appropriately their Medal pinning sponsor was le Fornet’s very own
hard working, party girl Christelle Bonnevie.
